Durability. To ensure our boats are light weight yet have tremendous strength, Xpress uses only .80 to .125 gauge aluminum alloy. Each boat is precision cut utilizing our state of the art, computer-aided plasma cutting system. We use a tempered T-6 rib construction, which provides optimum strength for boat bottoms. Our floors and decks, all welded construction, and all-aluminum transoms represent extraordinary achievements by Xpress in boating technology.

Performance. Defining performance is difficult. To some it means out and out speed. To others it means the way the boat handles. And still others define performance in terms of fuel economy. Xpress redefined the limits of speed and style in 1989 with the introduction of the Hyper Lift II Hull, revolutionizing performance in the aluminum boat industry. For nearly a decade, the Hyper-Lift hull has led the industry. Now Xpress is sure to rise to another level with the introduction of the Hyper-Lift II Hull. We're America's choice because our boats outperform the others!
